About Kassia

Kassia started pole dancing in 2010 and, of course, immediately became obsessed. By 2012, she had completed every level of instructor training and began her competitive career alongside honing her teaching style.
After years of training (and, ahem, injuries…) Kassia decided to start learning about the body, leading to her degree in Sports Rehabilitation. The Pole Dancing Therapist was born! Although Kassia loves working with people in real life, she was also drawn to the online world of learning so created Online Pole Class to encompass her in-depth knowledge around pole dance and injury rehabilitation.
Outside of this, Kassia lives on a boat with her daughter and partner. She enjoys the quiet life!
