Exercises to help improve your toe point. We need to increase the range of movement first, this can be done using the trigger pointing. Then we want to strengthen in to this new range by using the exercises right after.
Make sure you really push for perfect technique (i.e not sickling the foot!) and use your full range of movement to get the most out out the exercises.
