Ankle Instability 1

Ankle instability can be a pain free or a painful injury. You may roll over the ankle which can be painful and can can cause ligament strains. Or you may have hypermobile joints that roll without pain, but this can affect your balance. This programme is great for painful ankles as it consists on gentle, isometric exercises.

Underactive Glutes

Not so much an injury, but under active glutes (lazy bums!) can be the cause of many bio-mechanical dysfunctions and injuries. This programme will teach you how to increase your glute strength at a low level to get them to ‘switch on’ more easily in bigger movements and improve the neuromuscular connection between you brain and your glutes!
